Stop Blaming Yourself For Not Losing Weight!

Maybe it’s not your overeating that is causing you to be overweight. Have you ever thought that there might be an underlying health issue causing your weight problems? I had no idea that I was dealing with hypothyroidism. There wasn’t a weigh solution program on the market that would work for me, because when you have hypothyroidism, decreasing your intake of calories will put your body in defense mode, making it impossible to lose the weight.

Read my Natural Thyroid Diet review to analyze the symptoms of an underactive thyroid and figure out how you can lose weight, even if you do have hypothyroidism.

My Story: How I Discovered the Underlying Problem to My Weight Issues

I knew something was terribly wrong. Within weeks of starting up new and highly recommended weight loss solutions that seemed to work for everyone else, I would start gaining weight!!! It was frustrating, time and time again, to experience results completely opposite the results that I expected. All of the diets that worked for my friends had the reverse effects for me. So, I started researching to figure out why I would be gaining weight when, in reality, I should be losing it.

My research kept leading me back to the same place: Hypothyroidism. Several of the symptoms of hypothyroidism fit me, including:

  • I was always low on energy-I was constantly fatigued
  • My moods changed from happy to sad to angry-and then back to happy, with absolutely no reason. Sometimes my mood swings were mild, sometimes they were severe.
  • I could not lose weight on any diet solution program, no matter how hard I tried
  • I had achy muscles and slight pains in my joints
  • My monthly cycle was extremely irregular, accompanied by depression and anxiety
  • I became irritated quite easily
  • It seemed like I was cold all of the time-I found out that this was due to poor circulation

There are a few more symptoms that I did not experience that I think I should mention, because they, also, are related to hypothyroidism. If you have the following symptoms, you may be just like me:

  • Low blood pressure
  • Heart palpitations
  • Dry or pale skin
  • Thin hair or hair is constantly falling out
  • Swollen hands, feet, and face

Once I realized that I had more than just a weight problem, I felt slightly relieved. The relief was quickly overcome by a sense of disparity and a bunch of questions. Was I destined to be fat the rest of my life? Is there a way to lose weight when you have hypothyroidism? And, of course, the final question that everyone always asks when they find out something about themselves: Why me?

Another Discovery

To alleviate some of my misery, I began research on the questions that were burning within me. Ultimately, I needed to know if I could lose weight with hypothyroidism. I was determined to find the answers.

I found Louis O’Connor. A naturopath and wellness coach, she had the solution to my problem and the answers to my questions! Yes, I can lose weight with hypothyroidism!

The Natural Thyroid Diet Plan

Her Natural Thyroid Diet, a four week diet plan for people with hypothyroidism, taught me how to choose foods that help to maintain healthy thyroid activity. She explains in her Natural Thyroid diet book the foods that would support my thyroid and which ones would cause problems with it.

I’m not talking about reducing your diet down to peas and carrots. Living on rabbit food is the thing of the past. These meals are not only easy to prepare, they are also nutritious for your body and encourage proper thyroid activity. They’re also yummy! I enjoyed cooking and eating the meals that Louis O’Connor recommended.

In addition to helping us learn how to eat, Louis also provides pointers that assist us with the best way to obtain a medical diagnosis and how to analyze our thyroid activity on our own. She outlined what tests I needed to request my doctor to perform and even explained how to interpret the results of the medical tests!

Why My Thyroid Was Causing Weight Problems

I found out that the rollercoaster dieting that I was subjecting my body to over the years was completely sabotaging my thyroid. It was working over time now and I had to get it back on track! Louise’s methods helped to get my thyroid back in check within just a few weeks.

I had more energy, more stamina, and I was far less moody. I felt better than I had in literally years!

I knew I had to post my Natural Thyroid Diet review for everyone out there that may find it, because what I went through to find out the answers to my problems was ridiculous.

If you cannot lose weight, no matter what you do…if you continue to gain weight when you are on diets, you might have a thyroid problem like me.

There Is a Solution for You!

Don’t worry, though! Louise O’Connor has unveiled the solution to the weight loss problem for people with thyroid issues and she is sharing it with us!

There are 56 pages of information at your fingertips in her ebook that introduces you to the world of weigh loss.

I do want to mention that this will not be a quick-fix. If you are looking for the quick-fix with overnight results, you are not going to get it. What you will get with the Natural Thyroid Diet is a complete plan; the resolution for thyroid problems in combination with weight loss issues.

The Natural Thyroid Diet is a lifelong solution for people that keeps the thyroid on track and assists people like you and me with leading a healthy lifestyle.

You can stop blaming yourself for gaining weight when you should be losing it. You can get your thyroid on track and begin to lead a normal existence. Best of all: You can lose the weight and keep it off this time! Try the Natural Thyroid Diet by Louise O’Connor yourself! Boost your thyroid and lose the weight! I gave up on losing weight a long time ago. I had NO IDEA that I could possibly have a thyroid problem. After I read your review, I went to my doctor and have some tests done. Sure enough, you were right! The Natural Thyroid Diet is perfect for me! Thanks, Jessica…you opened my eyes to see that I had bigger issues going on beyond being overweight.

My frustrated days are over! Jessica, your story helped me understand why regular diets had the opposite effect on my body. Thanks for the information! I’m going to try the Natural Thyroid Diet.

You don’t have to have thyroid problems for this diet to be successful, either. I tried it and it worked wonders for me. I’ve lost 9 pounds and I feel great. The energy increase is spectacular for people that have children that they have to keep up with every day. Thanks for the review, Jessica!

I was low on energy all the time. As a school teacher, you just can’t be without energy. Never did I think I had a thyroid problem or medical issues that affected my energy and weight. Thanks for opening my eyes, Jessica.

I’m glad I found your review, Jenny! It has really helped me get me weight on track and deal with my hypothyroidism.

I already know I have hypothyroid – my antibodies are 380. I havent been putting on weight but have other symptoms eg tiredness, moodswings etc. Question… did you find out what is causing your thyroid problem, and then sorted it out or is it a general diet for thyroid?

Thanks
Ruby
